Industries and Customer Experience CMSO, SAP
I decided to pursue my Higher education in the field of Design In Germany. Right across my university was a grand office of SAP, and that struck me as how wonderful this experience could be to work at SAP. Two months later, I was a Design Intern in the Communications Team in Industry and Customer Experience CMSO, SAP. I have been fortunate enough to gain this experience here at SAP!
My journey at SAP was almost 2 years, as an intern, and I work as a visual designer, enhancing the user experience of SAP's internal employee portals. Developing branding assets for the team for internal use was my core role. I have been having an amazing experience working with such a wonderful team on great projects.

My Work
Internal Communications Team
Being a part of an internal communications team in Industries and Customer Experience CMSO under the board of Marketing and Solutions, I contributed to enhancing the user experience by telling stories through visuals. We, as a team, maintain certain confidential internal portals for employees at SAP. Enhancing the experience of these portals is where my role as a designer comes into play!
I worked on these internal portals to make the user's journey aesthetic and user-friendly. The brand assets of industries at SAP are equally important to upgrade for better performance and visibility of the brand within SAP. Designing brand assets incorporating the official brand standards of SAP has also been my cup of tea.
My SAP Journey
Beyond traditional designer responsibilities, I focused on
Startegic Messaging 🎯
I translated the ideas, narratives, and strategies into visuals. Crafted visual storylines that align with the organisation’s goals and effectively communicate the vision and mission of the company as well.
Brand Management 👩🏻💻
I led the brand management of the organisation. Representing SAP’s brand identity and ensuring consistency across all communications was my main motive in dealing with brand management.
Employee Engagement 🤝
Being a part of various events and managing the event, be it through design or with management skills, I loved to capture attention more efficiently for our organisation. As design facilitates collaboration between different teams within the organisation, I planned to ensure that all the communications have consistent messaging and visual representation.
Witnessing individuals from diverse backgrounds unite to make a meaningful impact in the market and contribute to SAP is truly admirable. Networking and making connections have consistently been my objectives at every organisational event I attend. This has not only boosted my confidence but also elevated my communication skills.
