This platform helps you understand your emotions. The aim of this community is just to give you a tool to acknowledge the emotions you go through in your day-to-day life. Humans have a tendency to go through hundreds of emotions throughout the day. Recording your emotions is one way to acknowledge them and improve the way you deal with them. This helps to categorize emotions into primary emotions and reactions to them. Record your emotions, identify your own behavioral patterns, and create your own coping mechanisms through Connect.
